Louise is Programme Coordinator within the department of Tropical Disease Biology, supporting the Ascend West and Central Africa programme funded by the Department for International Development (DFID). Ascend West is a 3-year consortium programme working towards eliminating five Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in 13 of the world’s poorest countries.
Working with the programme management team, Louise coordinates the administrative and financial needs of the programme. Her role is to liaise with partners and ensure a high standard of communications across programmatic activities.
Louise has been employed by LSTM since 2016 and starting as a Programme Administrator within the Parasitology Group supporting the Lymphatic Filariasis programme.
